I love crystals because they are colorful, sometimes even brilliant. Just looking at my wrist or my adorned-chest, touches my spirit when there is a crystal there, in a way that seems to somehow, make things better.

Healing crystals

If this sounds a little like poetry, maybe its because of the power of crystals.

You know, like Labradorite. That’s a good example of what I mean by “brilliant.”

So, say I need to calm down, & the stone is on my wrist…A minute or 2 alone, focused on my breathing, intending to calm down, & “let it go” and feel my crystal between my fingers. Now I feel the difference. But my ‘intention’ must be there.

Crystals help heal…emotions, feelings, physical pain, discomfort…

…The list goes on and on…that awesome, wondrous, incredibly astonishing list of gemstone crystals!

I have a lot of physical health issues…you know, those nagging ailments that keep you running to the pharmacy every week. I shop for vitamins, supplements, joint creams, sleep aids, pain killers, & cold medicine. The cabinet is full of pills.

But I know people who have “issues” far more serious than a headache, or joint pain, or sleep disorder, Who find relief with use of healing crystals! That’s right. It is a reality.
