They are disruptive to your quality of life.

Snoring is just one. And it’s more than annoying. It can cause serious health problems. If you haven’t talked to your doctor yet, you should. In fact, if you snore, it’s an indication that there is a health issue going on already.

There is a lot of information on the web about sleep apnea, so do your research. But my advice would be to talk to a professional about possible cures.
